Design practice

I am currently Product Designer @ Agicap.
I also work on branding and graphic design as a freelance designer.

I thrive on learning how to shape our ideas, to make them real in different forms of expression (computer graphics, cartography, visual identity, etc.)

From the understanding of the project environment to its final implementation, I contribute to the different stages of design (contextual & user research, prototypes, user tests, assertion of a vision, project identity, graphic and web declinations etc.).

I combine different design approaches to bring useful experience and harmony to impactful projects.

I work with institutional and private partners, in collaboration with other designers, researchers, coders, sociologists, etc.

Achievements

• Successfully launched a new Agicap branch (Agicap Payment), and its 5 major products: management of invoices and supplier payments directly within the application, then generation of pre-payment entries and bank reconciliation. In collaboration with PM, Design and Tech, we managed to launch these 4 functionalities in less than a year, to have more than 2000 companies using them and to generate about 30% of the company's total revenue.

• Still at Agicap, I helped our design team grow and evolve from 4 designers to 12 designers.

• In parallel to my position at Agicap, I was involved in design schools to help future designers to better evaluate their impact and to foster bridges between branding and product design (ESD School, Sup de Pub).

• I was at the forefront of the creation of the 42 innovation program - Matrice - which in 4 years became an independent startup-studio, growing from 3 to 40 employees, creating more than 50 innovation projects and startups and training more than 200 apprentices in programming, entrepreneurship and project management.

• Contributed to the branding and visual identity of small businesses and non-governmental organisations as a freelancer (L'EGPE, L'IONS de la Marine Nationale, la Calade among others).
