UX/UI DESIGN - Matrice Intranet
How can the exchanges between the different members of an ecosystem be facilitated?
Matrice is an ecosystem composed of various members: students from different backgrounds, entrepreneurs, researchers, coaches and mentors.
To facilitate interaction and exchange among members, we have undertaken to develop an intranet.
We have built a platform that centralizes information, easily provides contact information, allows documents to be stored and shared, and finally shares skills and resources.
How?
With the developers and the pedagogical teams, we first undertook to identify each other's needs. I thence realised a detailed arborescence as well as the first UX mock-ups. I then continued through graphic layouts. And lastly, I conducted interviews and user feedback in order to improve the app’ experience.

The difficulty of such a project was to maintain the iterative process over time, and prioritize the improvements. It was necessary in order to give the right user needs responses.
User tests are therefore essential to improve the product as it goes along, taking into account everyone's feedback.
